Coaching Services
Patrick’s style of coaching is interactive, motivational, energetic and above all non judgmental. Patrick has been described by his clients as ‘infectious’ in positive thinking and attitude.
Patrick’s coaching work structures itself on his ‘4 transitional pillars’.
- What is my current position? This is the assessment/awareness stage. This is where the client needs to be honest with themselves and have a good look at what they do, what roles they play and how these roles interact with each other.
- Where do I want/need to go? What are the changes I want or need to make to become more successful? This is the goal setting stage of the process and a reality check is built in here.
- How can I get there? Here the coach and the client put together a detailed action plan on how to get to the goal set at the previous stage. A system of checkpoints, measurements, dates and accountability is built into this part.
- What can prevent me from getting to my goal? This is as crucial a stage as the others. Here we proactively look at all the obstacles the client might encounter during the journey towards the successful completion of the goal. Once they are identified we look at how we can work around them or resolve them before they happen.
